The Chrysler 300's available rain-sensing windshield wiper system uses an infrared rain sensor, located on the inside of the windshield just below the rearview mirror to automatically activate the wipers when it senses moisture. Standard on 300C and 300C Walter P. Chrysler Executive Series (long wheelbase). Available on 300 Limited.

The Walter P. Chrysler Executive Series, provides an impressive 46.2 inches of rear-seat legroom and has available rear footrests and an available rear fold-out table that turn the backseat into an office on the go. Available on Chrysler 300 Touring and 300C.

The 5.7L HEMI® V8 engine with Multi-displacement System (MDS) actually gives you the power of a V8 with the fuel efficiency of a large V6, boasting 340 horsepower and 390 lb-ft of torque. Just press the accelerator and you can feel the 425 horsepower and 420-lb-ft of torque pulsing through the vehicle, giving you an immediate sense of pride. The 2.7L DOHC 24-valve V6 uses multipoint fuel injection to deliver 178 horsepower and 190 lb-ft of torque, giving you enough power to easily reach your destination. Standard on the 300 LX.
Every stunning inch of the Chrysler 300 is designed for safety and security with advanced features including a solid safety cage, an energy-absorbing steering wheel and steering column and standard front multistage airbags. Now, here's proof: The 2008 Chrysler 300 earned the highest government frontal crash test rating of Five Stars for the Front Impact Crash Test in the New Car Assessment Program (NCAP) from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
The Chrysler 300 is also engineered for safety and security with advanced front multistage airbags[1] and supplemental front and rear side-curtain airbags.

An available, Electronic Stability Program (ESP) helps drivers maintain control of their vehicles during extreme steering maneuvers and while driving in inclement weather. And its ABS system allows 300 to stop quickly, helping to prevent accidents from occurring. ABS is standard on all models. 300 LX Great American, 300 Touring, 300 Limited, 300C, and 300C SRT8® also include ABS, all-speed traction control, and ESP.
